Bright packaging used a fox flow-based system and spreadsheets to manage their inventory. This process is time-consuming and has a high probability of errors. There is no management flow to follow. The records are entered manually which results in a lot of mistakes. They have many branches in different locations and each of the outlets maintains records individually they didn’t have a system that can manage records of all the outlets. At end of the day, a sheet was circulated and workers filled that sheet manually that is more time-consuming and prone to errors.
They were using multiple software running in different locations. It was different for them to manage such a huge amount of data spread across different systems.
